Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 9, 2026
Jiasiming (Yixing) Dianzishangwu Youxiangongsi ("we," "us," or "our") operates Amazoneer, an internally developed application used exclusively to manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns associated with our own advertising accounts.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Amazoneer accesses, how that information is used, and how it is protected.
1. Scope
Amazoneer is an internal business tool. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to third-party advertisers, sellers, agencies, or members of the public.
The application is used only by authorized personnel of Jiasiming (Yixing) Dianzishangwu Youxiangongsi to manage Amazon Ads accounts owned or operated by Jiasiming (Yixing) Dianzishangwu Youxiangongsi.
2. Information We Access
When an authorized user connects an Amazon Ads account through Login with Amazon, Amazoneer may access information made available through the Amazon Ads API, including:
- Advertising account and profile identifiers
- Marketplaces, account types, currencies, and time zones
- Advertising campaigns and campaign settings
- Ad groups, advertisements, keywords, and product targets
- Budgets, bids, placements, and targeting settings
- Campaign performance metrics and advertising reports
To authenticate requests, Amazoneer also processes and stores OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued through Login with Amazon. These credentials are used only to obtain authorized access to our own Amazon Ads accounts.
Amazoneer is not intended to collect Amazon customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, or other personally identifiable customer information.
3. How We Use Information
Information accessed through the Amazon Ads API is used solely for our internal advertising operations, including:
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Calculating advertising metrics
- Creating internal reports and dashboards
- Identifying advertising optimization opportunities
- Managing campaigns, ad groups, advertisements, keywords, and product targets
- Adjusting bids and campaign budgets
- Pausing or activating advertising entities
- Improving our internal advertising strategies and automation rules
- Detecting unusual spending or campaign performance
We do not use Amazon Ads data for unrelated purposes.
4. Authorization
Access to Amazon Ads accounts is authorized through Login with Amazon using the OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
Amazoneer accesses an advertising account only after an authorized account user grants permission. Authorization may be revoked through the applicable Amazon account or Amazon Ads account settings.
After authorization is revoked, Amazoneer will no longer request new advertising data from the affected account.
5. Local Data Storage and Security
Amazoneer runs locally on devices controlled by Jiasiming (Yixing) Dianzishangwu Youxiangongsi. OAuth credentials and advertising data are stored only on those locally controlled devices. The application communicates directly with Amazon Ads and Login with Amazon as necessary to authenticate, retrieve advertising data, and perform authorized advertising operations. It does not transmit or store this information with any other non-Amazon third party or on remote servers operated by us.
Access to Amazoneer, its credentials, and the advertising data it processes is restricted to authorized personnel with access to those devices.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect locally stored credentials and advertising data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Credentials are not intentionally exposed in publicly accessible source code or shared with unauthorized third parties.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, license, or share Amazon Ads data with third-party advertisers, service providers, or data brokers.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or address a security incident.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Amazon Ads data and authorization credentials on our local devices only for as long as necessary to operate Amazoneer and support our authorized internal advertising activities.
When Amazon Ads API access is revoked, terminated, no longer required, or when deletion is requested by Amazon, we will promptly delete the associated OAuth credentials and Amazon Ads data from our local devices.
If applicable law requires us to retain specific data, we will retain only the data legally required, keep it securely isolated, use it solely to satisfy that legal requirement, and permanently delete it when retention is no longer required.
8. Third-Party Services
Amazoneer interacts with Amazon services, including Amazon Ads and Login with Amazon. Amazon's collection and processing of information are governed by Amazon's own privacy notices, agreements, and policies.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information processed locally by Jiasiming (Yixing) Dianzishangwu Youxiangongsi through Amazoneer.
9. No Public User Accounts
Amazoneer does not offer registration or accounts to members of the public. It is not intended for use by children or for collecting information from children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our application, data practices, or legal obligations change.
Any updated version will be published at this location with a revised "Last Updated" date.
